Prevention and Wellness Care:

  • Includes all well exams
  • Labs, first set and first follow-up labs included in membership fee (all additional labs charged at an affordable additional cost)
  • Labs included in membership: flu, RSV, strep, urine infections, hemoglobin, lead (when available)
  • Any follow-ups needed for weight checks or lab rechecks

Ears, Nose, throat:

  • Allergies
  • Sinus infections
  • Ear infections
  • Pink eye
  • Impacted cerumen removal
  • Pharyngitis: viral/strep throat

Fever:

  • Typically this is due to viral infections, but can check for other causes such as urinary tract infections, ear infections, pneumonia or strep throat
  • *Infant fever without an obvious cause (must go to the ER if < 30 days old due to a risk of a serious bacterial infection caused by listeria)*

Gastrointestinal:

  • Nausea/vomiting
  • Stomach bug support
  • Screening for bowel concerns/appendicitis (further radiology imaging may be needed)

Genitourinary:

  • Urinary tract infections
  • Phimosis (tight foreskin)
  • Vulvovaginitis
  • Diaper rash
  • Skin infection concerns
  • STIs

 

Mental Health:

  • Anxiety/depression
  • ADHD
  • Autism support and help with resources

Musculoskeletal:

  • Injuries
  • Sprains, strains
  • Fracture evaluation (may need x-rays and splints, casts or boots)
  • Torticollis
  • Nursemaid Elbow

Neurology:

  • Headache
  • Migraines
  • Concussion – return to play guidelines

Respiratory:

  • Cough
  • Congestion
  • Common Cold

  • Reactive airway disease
  • Wheezing
  • Croup

Skin/nails:

  • Eczema
  • Rashes

  • Dermatitis
  • Warts
